Mission Statement

The mission of Paradigm Media is to provide our society with superior media products and services by developing innovations and solutions that improve the quality of life and satisfy customer needs, and to provide employees with meaningful work and advancement opportunities, and investors with a superior [ROI] rate of return. Our Company mission and values are aligned with our CR approach. They clearly set out how we see our responsibilities in terms of going Green, while working with ethical and sustainable business practices, contribution to community advancement, good employee relations, and returning value to shareholders.

Corporate Responsibility

Paradigm’s vision of corporate responsibility (CR) is founded upon the Company's values and an approach to business articulated by our company President Jim Johnson, in 2006: "We try never to forget that Media is for the people. It is not for the profits. The profits follow, and if we have remembered that, they have never failed to appear. The better we have remembered it, the larger they have been."

Jim's philosophy remains the foundation of our approach to CR today. Although Paradigm has long operated by these beliefs, our processes for managing some aspects of our corporate responsibilities have not always been formal. We are changing that. We recognize that managing social, ethical and environmental issues well involves everyone at Paradigm. For this reason we have established new Company-wide processes for identifying what CR issues are important to our business success and to our stakeholders, and for more formally managing those issues in terms of performance and targets.
